What happened in Rwanda says a lot of about how easily people ignorant of who they are can be manipulated to commit all sorts of truly horrible acts. I have seen a lot of people here in America just sort of write it off as some kind of unique problem that Africans suffer from. But, to do so, they have to conveniently ignore that Europeans killed millions of each other during the two world wars.

This is not just a African problem. It is a Homo Sapiens problem.
